Reiki Healing Session

Reiki is a liberating spiritual practice that could reconnect you to your true self and enable you to see the direction you should be heading with new eyes and clarity. You could see—maybe for the first time—the things you need to move forward in life.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is source/universal life force energy. It flows through the practitioner to you. While it may be directed to a specific place, such as a chakra or body part, it will ultimately go exactly where it is needed most.

It can work on all levels & aspects of the body- mentally, emotionally and physically. As well it can travel through time & space - to past, present, future & even alternate lives.

Some people ask how it feels.

What you may or may not feel during a session is unique to you. For some the sensations are strong and may include tingling, heat, coolness, seeing or sensing colors & visions and for some emotions coming up can all be part of the experience. Others still feel nothing more than a sense of relaxation when the session is complete.

Drink lots of water the day of and after the session. The movement of stagnant energy often leaves us needing to be rehydrated. You can set an intention before the session or leave it open for whatever is most needed for you at this time.
